Complete Haier Hydro All-In-One R290 12 kW single-phase air/water heat pump pack with 200 L DHW tank and accessory kit

The complete single-phase Haier Hydro All-In-One R290 12 kW pack is an integrated heating and domestic hot water production solution. It combines a 12 kW Haier air/water heat pump, an Hydro All-In-One indoor unit with an integrated 200-litre domestic hot water tank, and a set of accessories designed to complete the hydraulic installation, control system, and system safety.

An all-in-one solution for heating and domestic hot water

The Haier Hydro All-In-One R290 12 kW system combines the AW122HVGHA outdoor unit and the HU162F20AHYA indoor unit. This configuration brings together the heat pump, the main hydraulic components, and the domestic hot water storage tank in a single solution.

The indoor unit includes the 200-litre DHW tank, water pump, expansion vessel, and flow sensor. This design saves space in the plant room and simplifies the integration of the various components required for the system to operate.

The system uses the natural R290 refrigerant and features Inverter technology, allowing the heat pump to adapt its operation to the system's thermal requirements.

Hydro All-In-One R290 technology

Haier's Hydro All-In-One GT R290 range houses the main hydraulic components in the indoor unit. The expansion vessel, water pump, and flow sensor are integrated into this unit, while the outdoor unit provides the heat pump's thermodynamic operation.

The indoor unit also features a wiring centre designed to facilitate electrical connection. The connection between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is made using a two-core cable, according to the manufacturer's documentation.

The system offers various management and control functions, including weather compensation, two-zone management, automatic mode, Smart Grid, Modbus, solar control of the DHW tank, pool heating, and frost protection.

Integrated 200 L domestic hot water tank

Unlike a monobloc heat pump paired with a separate water heater, this Hydro All-In-One configuration integrates the 200-litre domestic hot water tank directly into the indoor unit.

This design provides a more compact solution and centralises the main technical components in a single indoor unit. The tank is designed to store the domestic hot water produced by the system.

  • DHW tank volume: 200 litres
  • Tank: integrated into the indoor unit
  • Application: domestic hot water production and storage

Installation and commissioning

The sizing of a 12 kW heat pump must be carried out based on the building's heat losses, the reference outdoor temperature, the type of heating emitters, and the required water temperature.

Before placing any order, it is recommended to check the compatibility of the heat pump's capacity with the building's thermal requirements, the hydraulic network configuration, the available electrical supply, and the domestic hot water requirements.

Installation, hydraulic and electrical connections, settings, and commissioning must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable technical regulations by a qualified professional.

The R290 refrigerant is a flammable refrigerant. The manufacturer's instructions and safety regulations applicable to its installation must be observed.

How is your order progressing?

For heat pumps and complete kits, we have implemented a specific preparation process to ensure that your order is complete, correctly checked, and ready to be delivered under the best possible conditions.

1. You place your order
You select your heat pump or kit and confirm your purchase directly on our website.

2. We check and prepare your order
After receiving your order, our team carries out an internal validation of the products and references. For kits, we also check the various elements required for their preparation, then carefully group and prepare all your equipment.

3. Your order is entrusted to DSV
Once preparation is complete, your order is handed over to DSV, our carrier specializing in the transport of bulky and heavy goods.

4. DSV contacts you to arrange delivery
DSV will contact you directly to agree on the terms of receipt and arrange the delivery of your heat pump or kit to the address indicated when you placed your order.

5. Important – Delivery and handling conditions

The delivery of our heat pumps and complete kits is carried out exclusively at the foot of the building, at a location accessible to heavy goods vehicles.

To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, we invite you to read the following conditions:

  • Delivery to a house: the goods are delivered in front of the house, at a location accessible to the delivery truck.
  • Delivery to an apartment building or residence: the goods are delivered at the foot of the building, at a location accessible to the delivery truck.
  • Mandatory accessibility: deliveries are carried out by heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), not by standard vans. The delivery address must therefore allow access and maneuvering for this type of vehicle.
  • No handling inside: drivers do not take charge of transporting the goods inside houses, apartment buildings, garages, or other buildings. They do not go up stairs and do not deliver to upper floors.

Buyer's responsibility:

It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange, at their own expense and under their own responsibility, the personnel and handling equipment necessary to take charge of their goods as soon as they are made available at the delivery point.

The buyer must, in particular, ensure that they can move, transport, and safely store all the equipment received, given its weight, volume, and size. They must arrange, before delivery, the personnel, equipment, and handling means necessary to move the goods from the ground-level unloading point to their storage or installation location, without the carrier's assistance.

Why this process?
Heat pumps are bulky and technical pieces of equipment that require special attention during their preparation and transport. This multi-step process allows us to check your order before it is shipped and to guarantee delivery suitable for this type of equipment.
